U.S. Immigration Opportunities Assessment – Family
Service period: Up to 60 days
Administrative assistance to prepare and organize documents for one specific procedure identified in your service order.
Includes:
• An introductory session to collect information and define the scope.
• A document checklist based on official instructions or the handling attorney’s instructions.
• Document organization and an administrative completeness review.
• Technical assistance entering information supplied by the client, subject to applicable rules.
• One round of follow-up to complete missing documents.
• Delivery of an organized file to the client or, with permission, the attorney.
Family scope: Up to two adults and four children, identified in the order. Each person’s eligibility depends on the requirements of the relevant procedure.
Excludes: Legal advice or representation, government fees, translation and document certification.
