Service period: Six months
Planning and coordination of business setup activities in the United States, with appropriate professional support.
Includes:
• Identification of business goals, budget and timeline.
• A business setup action plan.
• Initial business research into the target sector and location.
• Coordination with an attorney and accountant to review legal and tax structures.
• Document collection and coordination of company registration procedures.
• Assistance preparing a business bank account application file.
• Identification of service providers and suppliers, and meeting coordination.
• Coordination with a licensed real estate professional to explore office or commercial premises.
• Up to ten working and follow-up sessions.
Excludes: Investment capital, business or property purchases, government fees, licences, professional fees and brokerage commissions.
Any service relating to a specific investment opportunity requires a separate agreement identifying the service, provider and relevant regulatory requirements.
